The Baldy View chapter of the Building Industry Association of Southern California will host its annual High Desert Market Forecast and Networking Lunch next month.
The event is scheduled to be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. March 21 at the Hilton Gardens Inn, 12603 Mariposa Road in Victorville, according to a statement.
This year’s luncheon will include an overview of the High Desert housing market by MetroStudy, the Riverside-based real estate research firm. Two panel discussions will follow that presentation: one regarding what attracts homebuilders to the High Desert, a second on how municipalities can prepare for the next wave in home construction.
This year’s BIA Luncheon Series will focus on bringing about more residential development. Future events will be held on the east and west end of the Inland Empire, according to the statement.
