The two-building project, which will replace a drive-thru restaurant, is being developed by Moore Real Estate Group in Upland. It will include a Starbucks drive-thru, Waba Grill and Dentistry 4 Kids.

“We are excited to deliver quality retail and dining to this neighborhood of Sky Country, Jurupa Valley High, and the 1,100 new home development catty-corner to this site,” said Jennifer Moore, chief executive officer of Moore Real Estate, in the statement. “The residents and high school families won’t have to drive over two miles for a decent selection of food.”
