Credit unions to land in San Bernardino’s Hospitality Lane district

Two credit unions have signed leases in San Bernardino’s Hospitality Lane business district.

Navy Federal Credit Union will occupy a 6,040-square-foot freestanding building at 1049 E. Harriman Place, between Sam’s Club and BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, according to a statement.

Arrowhead Credit Union will occupy a 7,433-square-foot building at 575 E. Hospitality Lane, in a shopping center anchored by LA Fitness, Aldi, Home Depot and PetSmart.

Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga marketed the properties and represented both lessors in the negotiations. Terms of the agreements were not disclosed.

“The two locations are high-profile freestanding pads in well anchored centers with plenty of parking and excellent freeway signage,” said Paul Galmarini, senior vice president with Progressive Real Estate, in the statement. “Both Navy Federal and Arrowhead are well-established credit unions, and these new branches will provide their local members with convenient access.”

Hospitality Lane and its surrounding area has more than five million square-feet of retail, dining and office space. It’s next to Interstate 10, with a daily traffic count of more than 200,000 vehicles, and nearly 230,000 residents live within five miles of the district, according to the statement.
