DiLullo named to aviation panel

Mark DiLullo, founder and chief executive officer of Threshold Aviation Group in Chino, has been named to the Aviation Rulemaking Advisory Committee’s Designated Pilot Examiner Reform Working Group.

Earlier this year, the Federal Aviation Administration ordered the committee to review all regulations and policies regarding designated pilot examiners, according to a statement.

Specifically, the group will concentrate on the practices used by the administration to select and train pilot examiners, and make any changes regarding regulatory or policy changes. A final recommendation-report is due next year.

“I am extremely honored to have been chosen for this working group,” DiLullo said in the statement. “The aviation industry is growing exponentially and making sure that we have the best trained pilots to serve our industry is paramount.”
