High Desert commercial, property sells

More than 15 acres of prime commercial land in Hesperia has been sold.

The four parcels – three at Interstate 15 and Ranchero Road and one at Tamarisk Avenue and Ranchero Road – changed hands for a combined $4.3 million, Progressive Real Estate Partners said in a statement.

The first three parcels sold to a private investment group whose name was not released. The second parcel was purchased for $1.2 million by Primaco Inc. in Huntington Beach.

Progressive, the Rancho Cucamonga-based commercial real estate brokerage, marketed the properties.

The Ranchero Road off-ramp and overpass on Interstate 15, which opened three years ago, along with the expansion of Ranchero Road and the limited amount of commercial zoning along that thoroughfare all helped increase interest in the land among would-be buyers, according to the statement.
