Foremost Cos., a land investment company based in Newport Beach, has completed two neighborhoods in Temescal Valley.

Carraway and Sorrell at Terramor are part of a master-planned community – Terramor – that will include more than 1,400 homes in 16 neighborhoods when completed, according to a statement released by Foremost, the project’s master developer.

On Saturday, six model homes built by KB Homes were available for viewing as part of a grand opening.

The Carraway and Sorrell developments will include 170 homes that will range from 2,229 to 2,620 square feet and have up to five bedrooms, according to the statement.
