An 80,000-square-foot industrial building in Rialto has been leased.
The building, at 1798 N. Linden Ave., will be fully occupied by “a well-established leader in the bedding industry,” according to Dermody Properties in Reno, Nev., owner of the property.
The future occupant’s name, and how many people will work there, was not released. The building is part of Renaissance Rialto, a master-planned industrial park near the Interstate 10-Interstate 15 interchange.
CBRE represented Dermody Properties in the lease negotiations. Terms of that agreement were not disclosed.
“We’re seeing demand and leasing activity happening just as quickly as we’re acquiring and developing new projects in the region,” said Elizabeth Kauchak, chief operating officer at Dermody Properties, in a statement.
“Southern California’s low vacancy rate, particularly in the Inland Empire, makes it challenging for companies looking for space, which is why we remain focused on seeking out those strategic opportunities for our customers throughout the region.”
