Industrial lease signed

An international import-export firm has agreed to occupy a 267,000-square-foot industrial building in Fontana.

GoPlus Corp. recently signed a 63-month lease on the property at Vintage Park East Industrial Park, one of the more sought-after industrial locations on the Inland Empire’s west side, according to Colliers International.

The agreement is worth $7.3 million. Colliers International represented Vintage Park East LLC, the industrial park’s owner, in the negotiations. The building, at 13366 Philadelphia Ave., includes a little more 4,000 square feet of office space.

This is the second lease Colliers has negotiated at the 140-acre industrial park within the last two months. It recently put together a similar deal on behalf of Modus Furniture International, a manufacturing company, worth $6 million.

Vintage Park East is made up of 10 buildings that cover approximately 2.5 million square feet. Walmart, General Electric, Georgia Pacific and Home Depot are among the companies located in or near the park, according to the statement.
