Industrial park fetches $30 million

An industrial park in Mira Loma has been sold for nearly $30 million.

Mira Loma Industrial Center South consists of five free-standing buildings at DeForest Circle and Nobel Court and covers nearly 173,000 square feet, according to Cushman & Wakefield Ontario, which negotiated the transaction.

The project was completed in June and is the only construction completion in the Jurupa Valley/Eastvale area this year, according to a statement.

The buildings, all of which have easy access to Interstate 15 and the 60 Freeway, range from 39,000 to 30,000 square feet.

Details about the buyer and seller were not released.

“The market is very strong for a development of this size, and all five buildings were in escrow before construction was completed,” said Tal Siglar, managing director with Cushman & Wakefield and a member of the negotiating team, in the statement. This demand is further demonstrated by a 2.1 percent vacancy rate for buildings in the size range of 25,000 to 49,999 square feet in the Inland Empire West market.”
