More homes planned for Chino

KB Home will build more single-family homes in The Preserve at Chino, a master planned community.

Lynbrook at the Preserve will feature 114 two-story homes that will be priced starting a around $450,000, according to a statement.

A grand opening ceremony was scheduled for Saturday.

It was not clear when construction will start or how long it will take to build the homes. KB Home has already sold out several neighborhoods within The Preserve, according to the statement.

Buyers will have among seven floor plans from which to choose. The houses will range in size from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet and can have up to four bedrooms and three baths.

Residents will have access to The Parkhouse, a 15,000-square-foot private recreation in the center of The Preserve that includes a gymnasium, movie theater, ballroom, junior Olympic-sized pool and two spas.

Los Angeles-based KB Home is one of the largest homebuilders in the United States, having built more than half a million homes since its founding in 1957, according to the statement.
