New houses for San Bernardino

A major Inland Empire homebuilder has opened a 39-home subdivision in San Bernardino.

Frontier Homes introduce The Trails at Pine Avenue in the north part of the city earlier this month, according to a report published in the San Bernardino County Sun.

Frontier Homes has been on a roll recently: within the past several months it has opened housing tracts each in Upland and Redlands, and it is working on a project in Fontana.

The San Bernardino project, at North Pine and West Belmont avenues, has homes priced from $379,990 to $425,990. Several houses sold before the subdivision opened, according to the report.
