OC company shifting to Chino Hills

A Brea company that makes consumer networking products is moving to Chino Hills.

TP-Link USA Corp., a worldwide provider of routers, range extenders, switches network adapters and other products, has bought the Chino Hills Commerce Center for $15.9 million, according to a statement released by Newcastle Partners Inc. in San Francisco.

The building, which Newcastle Partners completed last month, covers 100,362 square feet at 15292 Fairfield Ranch Road. The structure sits on a 4.8-acre site near the 71 Freeway at Central Avenue.

TP Link is moving into the building, where it plans to expand its operations. The number of people who will work there was not released.

Newcastle Partners is a real estate investment and development firm. During the past seven years it has built more than seven million square feet of industrial space in the Inland Empire, and the company has another two million square feet under development, according to the statement.
