Palm Springs chamber, tourism bureau team up to help restaurants

The Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce and the Palm Springs Bureau of Tourism have started a program to help restaurants survive COVID-19.

The chamber is offering a $10 coupon to customers who order takeout, with participating restaurants to be reimbursed by the city and other local businesses, according to a statement on the city’s website.

Coupons are available on the chamber’s website at pschamber.org.  Anyone interested may register and print or download the coupon on their phone.

The coupon is good at participating restaurants for $10 off a purchase of take out for $30 or more.  Customers ordering takeout can use their coupon multiple times.

Participating restaurants are listed on the chamber’s website. Coupons may not be used for third-party delivery.

Sponsors include Palm Springs, Brady Sandahl Real Estate Group, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, Eisenhower Health, Barton CPA, Miralon Palm Springs, Hot Purple Energy, Palm Springs Disposal, Jewish Family Services of the Desert, Grit Development, Elevated Experiences and Sunny Cycle.
