Perris commercial pad sells for $1.3 million

Progressive Real Estate Partners has negotiated the sale of a 1.2-acre commercial pad in Perris.

The property, in the Ramona Marketplace at Ramona Expressway and Brennan Avenue, sold for $1.3 million, according to a statement posted on Progressive’s website.

The parcel, designed for a drive-thru tenant, is the last property at Ramona Marketplace available for development.

The seller, who was represented by Progressive, was a private investor in Perris whose name was not released. Information about the buyer was not released.

Tenants include a Chevron Extra Mile gas station, Carl’s Jr., Subway, Alberto’s Mexican Food, and Harry’s Café. 

Ramona Marketplace can be seen from Ramona Expressway, which has an average daily traffic count of roughly 41,500 vehicles. It is less than half a mile from Interstate 215 and is near Lowe’s, Ross, Wayfair, and Fallas distribution centers, according to the statement.
