Residential grand opening scheduled

Foremost Cos., a residential land developer in Newport Beach, is scheduled to host a grand opening today at a master-planned community it’s developing in Temescal Valley.

Sterling, which will be for residents at least 55 years old, will be the fifth neighborhood at Terramor, a 16-neighborhood project that will include more than 1,400 single-family homes when it’s completed, according to a statement.

The grand opening is scheduled to be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Attendees will be able to tour three model homes. The houses have up to three bedrooms and cover 2,200 or 2,400 square feet.

Prices begin at roughly $500,000, according to the statement.

Terramor is south of Corona and has freeway access to all of Riverside County. For more information visit www.foremostcompanies.com
