Starbucks OK’d

Redlands has approved another Starbucks.

The planning commission has approved an 1,800-square-foot Starbucks at 625 Redlands Blvd., the sixth in the city, said Carl Baker, spokesman for the city.

A 1,300-square-foot drive-thru restaurant will have to be demolished before construction can begin. A timeline for the project, which does not require city council approval, has not been set, Baker said.

The planning commission voted on the project last month.
