Wine company to consolidate

A winemaker in southwest Riverside County has agreed to lease space in Temecula and will move all of its operations there.

Cali Wine & Vine has leased 47,800 square feet of industrial space at 43085 Business Park Drive that will serve as its headquarters, according to a statement released by Avison-Young, which negotiated the seven-year agreement.

Financial terms were not disclosed. The space, which is in a 140,430-square-foot building in the Rancho California Business Park, will be used for wine-making, bottling, labeling, storage, and distribution services.

The building is managed by Oltmans Investment Co. LLC in Whittier.

Cali Wine & Vine will shut down its operations in Temecula and Lake Elsinore and move everything into the Business Park Drive address, which is near the Rancho California Road exit on Interstate 15.

The transaction took several years to put together. Cali Wine & Vine expects to move in August, according to the statement.
