Apartment portfolio sells for $12 million.

Three San Bernardino apartment buildings have been sold for a combined $12 million.

The 79-unit portfolio is in the South Pointe neighborhood near downtown Loma Linda and is close to several universities, including Loma Linda University Medical Center, Cal State San Bernardino, and Cal Baptist University, according to a statement released by CBRE.

The properties are:

  • Lotus, a 19-unit property located at 535 Wier Road;
  • Steel Park Manor, a 32-unit property located at 505 Wier Road;
  • Wier Park, a 28-unit property located at 2605-2619 Flint Way.

CBRE represented the buyer, 79 Lotus Apts  LLC, and the seller in the transaction. Information about the seller was not released.

The properties are a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. All three have easy access to Interstates 10, 215, 210 and the 91 freeway, according to the statement.
