Country Kitchen to locate in Rancho Cucamonga

Country Kitchen will open a restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga, it’s third location in the Inland Empire.

The chain that specializes in standard American food has signed a 10-year lease to locate in the Country Village Shopping Center, a neighborhood project anchored by a Stater Bros. and a Planet Fitness, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.

Progressive represented Country Kitchen in the lease negotiations. Terms of that agreement were not disclosed.

Country Kitchen will locate in a 3,040-square-foot spot space at 8800 Baseline Road. The restaurant, which will seat approximately 150 people and feature an enclosed patio, is expected to open next spring.

The restaurant’s franchisee, whose name was not released, owns Country Kitchen restaurants in Corona and Moreno Valley.

Country Village Shopping Center recently underwent a major renovation that included a new facade, and upgraded lighting and landscaping for its parking lot, according to Progressive.
