A 20,000-square-foot building is under construction at Apple Valley Commons.
The structure, which is expected to be completed this summer, will be home to Ulta, Bath and Body Works, and Five Below, according to Lewis Retail Centers in Upland.
Apple Valley Commons covers 424,000 square feet on 49 acres at the northwest corner of Highway 18 and Dale Evans Parkway.
Developed by Lewis Retail, Apple Valley Commons opened in 2007. Its tenants include Super Target, Old Navy, Dollar Tree, Ross Dress for Less, Starbucks, T-Mobil, Fantastic Sams, and Coldstone Creamery.
Lewis Retail owns and manages the shopping center, which receives about three million visitors a year. More than 92,700 people, with an annual household income of $99,475, live within a five-mile radius of the property, according to Lewis Retail.
