Second Escape Lounge for OIA

Escape Lounge, a premium facility that features gourmet food and a number of amenities, has opened its second location at Ontario International Airport.

Open to all air travelers, the new Escape Lounge covers 2,800 square feet in Terminal 4, which serves American Airlines and Southwest Airlines, according to a statement.

Ontario International’s first Escape Lounge opened in Terminal 2  in January. Escape Lounges provide hot and cold food and beverages, seating with power outlets, high-speed Wi-Fi, up-to-the-second flight information and access to national and local newspapers.

Menus for both lounges were developed by Henry Gonzalez, owner and executive chef at Spaggi’s in Upland.

“The Escape Lounges truly add a new level of comfort with a distinct local flavor to the Ontario International Airport experience,” said Mark Thorpe, chief executive officer of the Ontario International Airport Authority, in the statement.
