Office complex sells for $14.3 million

A two-building office complex in Murrieta next to Highway 79 has been sold.

Silverhawk Corporate Center at Winchester and Murrieta Hot Springs Road sold for $14.3 million, according to a statement released by CBRE.

The seller was Silverhawk Partners, an investment group represented by CBRE during the sale negotiations. The buyer was Coseo Properties Inc., a real estate investment firm San Diego, that represented itself.

Silverhawk Corporate Center covers 80,000 square feet on six acres. It is 92 percent leased, and its tenants include Universal Health Services Inc., Magnecomp Corp., Edward D. Jones Co. and GoDaddy. 

The property has an expansive courtyard, is close to multiple retail businesses and sits next to the Golf Club of Rancho California and French Valley Airport. 

Southwest Riverside County is undergoing major population growth and well-placed office properties remain popular, according to the statement.
