Palm Springs International Airport will begin offering new round-trip flights, one of them international, in December.
Porter Airlines will provide thrice-weekly nonstop flights to Toronto starting Dec. 12, according to a statement on the airport’s website.
“Adding Porter Airlines to our growing roster of carriers is a fantastic development for Palm Springs International Airport,” said Harry Barrett, Jr., executive director of Palm Springs International, in the statement.
“This new service to Toronto not only enhances our international reach but also offers passengers a seamless travel option with Porter’s renowned onboard hospitality.”
Those flights will depart from and return to Palm Springs International on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. More flight information can be found at flyporter.com.
On Dec. 21, Delta Airlines will begin nonstop Saturday-only flights from Palm Springs International to JFK International Airport in New York.
Those flights are scheduled to run through May 3. No stop date was given for Porter’s Toronto flights.
