Stirling Capital Investments, the company that is developing the Southern California Logistics Centre and Global Access in Victorville at the former George Air Force Base, has named Anita Tuckerman its vice president of asset services and corporate relations.
Tuckerman will manage Stirling Capital’s real estate investments and be in charge of its tenant relations, with a focus on long-term asset management, strategic planing and marketing and leasing, according to a statement released Tuesday.
She will represent both ownership and prospective tenants in real estate negotiations, according to the statement.
Tuckerman is a member of the San Bernardino County Workforce Development Department and serves on the Victor Valley Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors.
Stirling Capital is a joint venture between Stirling, a developer in Foothill Ranch, and DCT Industrial Trust Inc. in Denver.
The company has developed more than $3 billion worth of industrial properties in Southern California, according to the statement.
