A retail site in Moreno Valley that is anchored by an El Pollo Loco restaurant has been sold.
The property, at 15135 Perris Blvd, sold for $1.62 million, according to a statement released Tuesday by Ferris Lee Investments.
Opened two months ago, the 2,975-square-foot project is at Perris Boulevard and John F. Kennedy Drive, an intersection that accommodates about 36,000 vehicles a day. The site is across the street from several well-known retailers, including 7-Eleven, Jack in the Box, Cardenas Market and Little Caesar’s Pizza.
It’s also near March Air Reserve Base, which has approximately 30,000 personnel, according to the statement.
Farris Lee represented the seller, Infinity RS LLC in Redlands, which also developed the property. Kidder Matthews represented the buyer, San Francisco-based Ling Trust.
