Stephanie Holloman, a city of Los Angeles employee for the past 12 years, has been named Riverside’s human resources director.
Holloman, who worked for the Los Angeles Harbor Department and spent one year as a senior policy analyst for then-Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, began her new job Monday, according to a statement.
Holloman graduated from UCLA with a degree in political science and earned a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School.
Before beginning her career in government, Holloman worked for a company that built affordable housing for low-income families, then became a legal intern at Public Counsel Law Center in Los Angeles.
