The Riverside AIRSHOW will celebrate its 25th anniversary Saturday with a full day of aerobatic performances, parachute teams and aircraft fly-bys.
AIRSHOW 2017 is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. with a pancake breakfast, followed by the various airshow activities that will begin two hours later, according to a statement on the city’s website.
The event will be held at Riverside Airport, 6951 Flight Road. It’s being presented by the city of Riverside and the Riverside Airshow Committee.
“The Riverside AIRSHOW is a great family event that showcases the Riverside Airport as an amazing place for pilots and aviation enthusiasts,” Mayor Rusty Bailey said in the statement. “For many Riversiders, the AIRSHOW is a spring ritual and a great opportunity to get out an enjoy a wonderful community event.”
