CBRE Group Inc. has been named an excellent place to work in Southern California.
CBRE, which maintains offices in Ontario and Temecula and has a strong presence in the Inland Empire, earned that distinction through ratings by employees who participated in anonymous surveys, according to statement released by CBRE.
The surveys were conducted by Great Place to Work, an independent analyst.
More than 90 percent of the CBRE employees surveyed said the company provides a great work environment, while just under 90 percent said their superiors – as well as communication within the company – is “great.”
Perks seen as unique to the company include its flexible working arrangements and networking groups.
“It’s all about the desire to recruit and retain the very best professionals in our industry,” said Lewis C. Horne, president of CBRE’s Southern California and Hawaii Division, in the statement. “We’re honored to be recognized as one of the best workplaces in Southern California.”
