Stater Bros. Markets has announced several changes to its leadership team.
Dan Meyer, a 46-year employee of the company, has been named executive vice president of distribution, according to a statement.
Meyer will replace George Frahm, who was recently named company president. Meyer will oversee Stater Bros,’ entire distribution operation, which includes its 2.1-million-square-foot Norton Distribution Center at its San Bernardino headquarters as well as its fleet maintenance departments.
Keith Thomas, a 37-year Stater Bros. employee, will replace Meyer as senior vice president of retail operations. Thomas will overall retail activities at all 171 Stater Bros. supermarkets, according to the statement.
Finally, Tom Seaton is being promoted to senior vice president of administration. An employee with Stater Bros. for 40 years, Seaton’s new job will include overseeing human resources, labor relations, insurance, workers’ compensation and support services, among other administrative departments.
