Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar, the national casual dining chain, has signed an agreement to establish two restaurants in the Inland Empire.
The development agreement calls for a restaurant in western Riverside County, another in southwest San Bernardino County and a third in Orange County, according to a statement released Tuesday.
Exact locations were not released.
The development agreement is with Sanjiv Bhagat and Jyoti Madhura, who own and operate a successful Boston’s in Fontana, according to the statement.
Boston’s is a sit-down restaurant and sports bar in one place. It specializes in gourmet pizza and pasta, but its menu features nearly 90 items including salads, sandwiches, burgers, wings and ribs.
Boston’s has annual gross sales of more than $1 billion. It operates more than 350 restaurants in Canada and 40 locations throughout the United States and Mexico, according to the statement.
