CBRE hires new Senior VP

Josh Hayes has joined CBRE Ontario’s industrial team.

Hayes, formerly with Colliers International, has negotiated industrial transactions in the Inland Empire for 18 years, according to a statement.

A senior vice president, Hayes will partner with Senior Vice President Eloy Covarrubias and Vice President Joe Werdein, both members of the land acquisition and development team.

“Josh provides experience and will have an immediate impact on our growing development practice,” Covarrubias said in the statement. “He will allow us to cover an even greater segment of the market and enhance our institutional platform.”
