CBRE Ontario has promoted two of its sales executives.
Jay Dick has been named vice chairman, the highest title the company gives to a sales professional, according to a statement.
A broker for more than 30 years, Dick has participated in more than 1,200 sales and lease transactions and has consistently ranked in the top 10 percent of CBRE’s brokers during the past 12 years.
Dick is a board member with NAIOP, a trade association for real estate professionals.
Dedrik Pharis, who joined CBRE in 2013, has been promoted to executive vice president. A NAIOP member, Pharis has worked mostly with occupier and corporate representations for larger tenants.
“Both Jay and Dedrik have been a model of success in our office,” said Ian Britton senior managing director with CBRE Ontario, in the statement.
