A fast-food chain that specializes in chicken fingers has agreed to lease a site in Ontario.
Louisiana -based Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers will occupy a 3,200-square-foot structure under construction at 1437 N. Mountain Ave., according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
The site, at Mountain Avenue and Sixth Street near Interstate 10, is next to a Walmart Supercenter and about a quarter mile from Interstate 10. The restaurant is expected to open by the end of the year and will be Raising Cane’s second Ontario location.
Progressive Real Estate represented the property owner, Pacific Development Group in Newport Beach, in the lease negotiations. Raising Cane was represented by Rancho Santa Margarita-based Golden State Retail Group.
Terms of the lease were not released.
