Cal State San Bernardino’s Division of Information Technology’s services will host its third annual annual ITS Tech Talks next week.
The event, which is free and requires no registration, is scheduled to be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Santos Manuel Students Events Center, according to a statement on the university’s website.
The ITS Tech Talks allow faculty and staff to discuss emerging technologies, technology in education and projects that are improving teaching and learning, according to a statement on the university’s website.
Faculty panel discussions are scheduled to start in 12:30 p.m. and will be moderated by Mihaela Popescu, Academic Technologies and Innovation faculty director. Topics will include virtual reality in classrooms, 360-degree video and adaptive learning using smart sparrow, an education technology startup platform developed in Australia.
