Cal State San Bernardino and UC Riverside have been named among the top colleges in the western United States by the Princeton Review.
Both schools were among the 126 schools named by the review in its 2022 Best Colleges: Region by Region list.
Cal Poly Pomona, Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College, Pitzer College, Pomona College, Scripps College, and the University of Redlands were also named.
Institutions from California, Texas, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Washington, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Hawaii, and Wyoming made up the survey’s western category.
The Princeton Review named 654 schools in five zones: the northeast, southeast, midwest, west, and international. The schools in each category are listed in alphabetical order by school name and are not ranked.
Rankings are based on academic achievements and the campus experience of students.
