CVB Financial in Ontario has announced an 18-cent-per-share dividend for its second quarter, which will end June 30.
The dividend was approved Wednesday by CVB’ Financial’s board of directors and will be payable on or about July 23, according to a statement.
CVB Financial has been profitable for 172 consecutive quarters and has provided a cash dividend for 123 consecutive quarters. All shareholders as of July 9 are eligible to collect the second quarter dividend.
CVB Financial is one of the 10 largest bank holding companies based in California. It has more than $11 billion in assets.
Its subsidiary, Citizens Business Bank, is one of the top performing banks in the nation, with 58 banks and three trust offices throughout the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Ventura, Santa Barbara counties, and the Central Valley, according to the statement.
