CVB Financial Corp. has reported net income of $51.1 million for the quarter that ended March 31, a slight increase compared with the fourth quarter of 2024, and up from $48.6 million for the first quarter of 2024.
The holding company of Citizens Business Bank has now had 192 consecutive quarters – 48 years – of turning a profit, and 142 consecutive quarters of paying dividends to its stockholders, according to statement on the Ontario-based financial institution’s website.
In March, Citizens Business Bank made S&P Global Market Intelligence’s list of the best-performing public banks with assets greater than $10 billion in the United States for 2024. Findley Reports also named the bank a 2025 “Super Premier” Performing Bank.
CVB Financial Corp. is one of the 10 largest bank holding companies in California with more than $15 billion in total assets, according to the statement.
