A vitamin manufacturer and a logistics company have leased space at LogistiCenter Eastvale.
Gardena-based Better Nutritionals, maker of the Vitamin Friends product line, and Landmark Global, an international delivery and logistics network, have leased a combined 285,072 square feet, according to Dermody Properties, which helped negotiate both transactions.
Better Nutritionals will occupy 197,892 square feet of the five-building complex at Limonite and Archibald aveues, while Landmark Global will do business out of 87,180 square feet in a separate structure.
Lease terms and move-in dates were not released.
“Class-A warehouse space in the Inland Empire is a rare, but valuable find for logistics users and we are pleased that both Better Nutritionals and Landmark Global will be able to expand their operatiot,” said Matt Mexia, a partner with Dermody Properties, in the statement.
Four buildings remain available in the logistics park, ranging from 48,315 square feet to 501,649 square feet. LogistiCenter at Eastvale is within close proximity to Ontario International Airport. Each has between 2,500 and 3,700 square feet of office space, according to the statement.
