Dutch Bros, the fast-growing drive-thru coffee chain, will open a store in Highland.
The Grants Pass, Ore.-based company has signed a lease on 950 square feet at 7285 Boulder Ave., according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
The freestanding pad is within the Highland Village Plaza, a neighborhood shopping center occupied by Albertsons, CVS, Chase Bank, Subway, and Pizza Hut.
Lease terms were not disclosed.
The Arrowhead Credit Union building on the site will be demolished. Construction on the Dutch Bros building is expected to start soon, according to the release.
The restaurant will include a double drive-thru lane for vehicles, and a walk-up window.
“Dutch Bros will be a fantastic addition to Highland Village Plaza, offering customers a convenient spot for a morning coffee or an afternoon beverage,” said Albert Lopez, vice president of retail leasing and sales at Progressive Real Estate Partners.
Founded in 1992, Dutch Bros has more than 1,000 locations nationwide, according to the statement.
What a dumb please to put it. There is already building there. There is plenty of room by the new tractor supply store a couple of blocks down and the ground is ready to be built on.
