Eastvale industrial project sells

Three fully-leased industrial buildings in Eastvale have been sold.

The structures, at 6285-6330 Providence Way, were sold for an undisclosed amount to LBA Realty LLC, a real estate investment and management company in Irvine, according to statement released by CBRE.

Orbis Real Estate Partners in Newport Beach and Chase Partners, a real estate development firm in Los Angeles, were the sellers.

CBRE represented both parties in the negotiations, which took about three months to complete, said Barbara Perrier, vice chairman with CBRE and a member of the negotiating team.

The buildings make up The Campus, a 193,000-square-foot industrial project that sits on 10 acres. Smithfield Packaged Meat Corp., Turn Key Logistics and Rugby Architectural Building Products are the occupants.

Combined, all three have an average of nearly nine years left on their leases, according to the statement.
