Fontana multifamily project Vasari at Ventana has been named the top multifamily project of its kind in the Inland Empire for 2024 Inc. CoStar Group Inc.
The first phase of the high-end development consists of 257 luxury units, the first part of what will be a 101-acre planned community in the middle of the city, according to a statement.
“It is fitting that our community and our business partners are leading the way when it comes to addressing the nationwide housing crisis with creative solutions,” said Mayor Acquanetta Warren in a statement. “We applaud [developer] Frontier Communities for their work in planning Vasari and the entire Ventana project.”
Rents are between $2,000 and $3,000 a month. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, yoga studio and a pool and outdoor spa, according to the statement.
