Crisanta Gonzalez has taken over as San Bernardino County’s director of emergency services.
Gonzalez, who took office in January, replaces Daniel Munoz, who left to become director of the Inland Counties Emergency Medical Agency, according to a statement on the county’s website.
“I am honored by the opportunity to serve in this position,” Gonzalez said in the statement. “My hope is to give the office of emergency services staff all the resources they need to become partners to our fellow agencies.”
Most recently, Gonzalez was a division chief in Los Angeles’ emergency management department. She has also been a manager with the California Department of Water Resources, where she worked in the flood control operations center, according to the statement.
So…a “career public servant”…HARD PASS😏
