High-end residential project planned for Temecula

A 245-home residential community will be built in the Temecula wine country, with the first of three phases expected to be completed in May.

Rancho Soleo is being developed at Pechanga Parkway and Loma Linda Road by TRI Pointe Homes Southern California in Irvine, according to a statement.

Homes in the 23-acre project will feature Spanish-influenced architecture and floor plans that range from 1,372 to 2,356 square feet. The community will include a pool with restrooms and showers, a clubhouse with a kitchen, and a bar.

TRI Pointe Homes bought the property in July 2018 from Ridgecrest Real Estate LLC for an undisclosed amount. Grading began shortly after the sale.

Lee & Associates negotiated the transaction.

Twelve model homes are expected to open early next year, with the project’s first phase scheduled to open in May.  Prices will range from high the $300,000’s to $500,000.
