Industrial building sold

A leading provider of custom wheels for cars trucks and sports utility vehicles has bought a warehouse-distribution building in Corona.

Vision Wheel paid $10.9 million for the building at 1470 E. Sixth Ave., according to Colliers International, which negotiated the sale.

The building was finished earlier this year and has never been occupied. As part of the same transaction, called a reverse exchange, Colliers negotiated the sale of Vision Wheel’s former facility, a 55,405-square-foot building in Rancho Cucamonga.

AK Investment LLC bought that building, which is at 8610 Rochester Ave. The cost of both transactions was $17.1 million, according to Colliers.
