Inland brokerage negotiates sale Arizona preschool

Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga has completed the sale of a preschool in Arizona.

Sunrise Preschool in Goodyear, which has been in business for more than 20 years, recently sold for $3.3 million, according to a statement.

Brad Umansky, president of Progressive Real Estate, and Mike Lin, the company’s vice president of investment sales, marketed the property and represented both parties in the transaction. The seller was an Arizona-based investor, the buyer an investor from Southern California.

Sunrise Preschool covers 8,500 square feet and accommodates children up to 12 years of age. It is part of Childcare Network, which is the sixth-largest day care center operator in the United States with more than 250 locations, according to the statement.
