Morongo Casino Resort & Spa has again been awarded a AAA Four-Diamond rating by the American Automobile Association.
This is the 18th time the casino resort on Interstate 10 near Palm Springs has received that ranking, which is considered one of the hospitality industry’s most prestigious designations, according to a statement.
“Morongo is delighted to have our hospitality and resort amenities recognized with a AAA Four-Diamond rating for the 18th year,” said Richard St. Jean, Morongo’s chief operating officer, in the statement. “Earning another AAA Four-Diamond honor is a validation of our focus on providing our guests with an experience that exceeds their expectations.”
The AAA Diamond rankings evaluate the largest number of hotels and restaurants of any rating system. It uses trained inspectors and published guidelines to conduct annual unannounced evaluations, according to the statement.
