PhD Labs, an Ontario-based web and mobile application development company, has a new client experience manager.
Brittney Harden, a specialist in client services with more than 10 years experience managing customer relationships in the retail industry, according to a statement released by PhD Labs.
Harden will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and making sure that PhD goes beyond its clients expectations, according to the statement.
“It’s a pleasure to work with a service-oriented business that prides itself on building client relationships – especially a technology company,” Harden said. “Most businesses are turning to technology to ‘enhance’ their customer service, but PhD Labs understands the power of making the customer the center of their business model.”
PhD Labs prides itself on doing more for its clients than the clients ask for, said Robert Patrick, the company’s chief executive officer.
“It’s not just about doing the job you’ve been hired to do, it’s about creating an exceptional experience for our clients,” Patrick said in the statement.’
PhD Labs develops mobile and web applications. Its clients range from start-up businesses to large financial, retail and manufacturing companies, according to the statement.
