Construction has begun on Altis, a lifestyle community in Beaumont for people 55 years old and older.
The project, which is being developed by Pardee Homes Inland Empire, is expected to open its first phase this fall, according to a statement.
Altis will consist of 12 model homes, with prices to start in the mid-$400,000 range a lot sizes from 1,400 t0 3,000 square feet. Amenities will include a 4,300-square-foot pool and a 12,000-square-foot event lawn that faces the San Gorgonio Mountains Range.
The project will have more than 700 homes when it’s completed, according to the statement.
