The National Labor Relations Board has filed a complaint against a Riverside hospital.
The complaint, filed earlier this week, states that administrators at Parkview Community Hospital Center did not recognize and bargain with the hospital’s health care workers, according to a report in The Press-Enterprise.
In January, the board certified the Service Employees International Union-United Healthcare Workers West as the hospital’s exclusive collective
bargaining unit.
That union represents about 520 workers at Parkview, the report stated.
