A neighborhood retail center in Montclair has been sold.
The 94,272-square-foot project in the 9700 and 9800 block of Central Avenue was sold to an unidentified private local investor, CBRE announced Tuesday in a statement.
The project covers 9.6 acres near Interstate 10 and the 60 Freeway. Tenants include Dollar General, Burger King, Yum Yum Donuts, First Dental, 24 Hour Fitness and Bank of America.
CBRE represented the seller, Ophir Management Services Inc., an Encino real estate investment and property management company, according to the statement.
The buyer’s name, and the price of the property, was not released.
Retail leasing is expected to stay strong in the Inland Empire during the rest of the year, mostly because of an expanding employee and residential base that is expected to keep growing, according to the statement.
